Karen Fettig, Legal
eXchange Product Manager
Ms. Fettig comes to Bottomline from Farmers Insurance where she held leadership
roles in establishing the company's central bill review and in the development
of its internal claims litigation management platform. A former insurance
defense attorney, Ms. Fettig has extensive claims management and litigation
experience having held positions earlier in her career with Liberty Mutual and
Wausau Insurance. While at Liberty Mutual, she established and grew a legal
staff office in Sacramento, CA, before transferring to manage a larger team of
San Francisco-based staff attorneys. |

Brenda Gordon-Ervin,
Director of Customer Service and Support
Brenda brings to Bottomline Technologies more than 10 years of experience
implementing legal spend management solutions. In her role as director of
customer service and support, Brenda works closely with some of the nation's
largest property and casualty insurers and corporate legal departments,
leveraging her expertise to help these organizations maximize efficiencies and
improve spend related to outside legal services. |

Thomas D. Gaillard,
Vice President and General Manager
Tom serves as Vice President and General Manager of Bottomline
Technologies' Transaction Services line of business. In this role, he
manages Bottomline's rapidly-growing hosted services, solutions that help
organizations to streamline their financial business processes. Included
in this suite is industry-leading Legal eXchangeT, a legal spend solution used
by some of the world's largest companies.

Bob Mullen, Director
of Legal Solutions
Bob has been involved in the promotion, implementation, and support of legal
spend management solutions since 1999. Bob served as the Vice President of the
LEDES Oversight Executive Committee in both 2005 and 2006 and has been a
regular LOC Voting Member since 2004. In addition to his work with the LOC, Bob
was the co-facilitator of an independent insurance subcommittee convened to
propose revisions to the UTBMS Litigation Code Set. Prior to joining
Bottomline, Bob was a commercial insurance broker specializing in
self-insurance and municipal coverage.

Seth Colby, Senior
Account Manager
An expert on the intersection of technology applications and litigation
management, Seth helps Bottomline's clients improve their case outcomes through
the implementation of legal spend management best practices. Prior to joining
Bottomline, Seth was a claims specialist for Westport Insurance Company and
handled a variety of complex claim types, including Directors & Officers,
legal malpractice and employment practice. Seth began his legal career with
Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold, an international trial and litigation
firm based in San Francisco, defending medical malpractice suits as part of its
litigation practice group. |

Melinda Osborn,
Professional Services Team Manager
Melinda uses her background in legal spend management to help
large property and casualty insurers and large corporations optimize their
outside counsel relationships. During her career, Melinda has served as a
claims analyst with GE Insurance (now Swiss Re) and a litigation attorney with
Schoenberg, Finkel, Newman & Rosenberg.
